If you want to make changes or cancel your booking

Altavista Refuge bookings can be changed up to 72 hours before the check-in deadline of your overnight stay (10 pm GMT), at the same rate as the contracted rate.

Refunds are only issued if the refuge closes. Cancellations are not accepted for any other reason. Given the high demand and limited places available, we recommend that, if you are unable to make use of your booking, you cancel it at least 72 hours before the date of your overnight stay.

You can only make a maximum of three changes during the 12 months following your initial date of purchase.

If you wish to complete or modify the compulsory check-in details

To comply with current accommodation regulations, you must complete the check-in details for all guests. You can do this now on the 'manage your booking' page.

If Altavista Refuge and/or the access trails are closed on the day of your booking,

we will notify you via the established means of communication, with an option to change your booking, or if you cannot change the date you will be able to request a cancellation, free of charge.
