Customer service contact times:

  • All year round except July, August and September: from 8 am to 6 pm
  • Summer contact times from 1st July to 30th September: from 8 am to 7 pm.

Refuge facilities:

  • Address: TF-21, KM 40, 2, 38300 La Orotava, Santa Cruz de Tenerife
  • Opening hours:
    • Open from 11 am to 5 pm for the general public.
    • Open from 7 pm to 8 am for guests with an overnight booking. You must check in before 10 pm.
    • Closed to the public from 8 am to 11 am and from 5 pm to 7 pm for cleaning, maintenance and the provision of supplies.
    • The refuge is open every day, all year round, except for the nights of 24th and 31st December and the mornings of 25th December and 1st January, when the facilities will be open from 7 pm.
